The Dog Savant is the dog training practice of Brett Endes, based in Sherman Oaks, California, serving greater Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, with Zoom and telephone sessions available worldwide.
Using this site
The articles, guides, and videos on this site are educational. They reflect 30 plus years of professional experience, but reading about training is not the same as working with a professional. Every dog is different, and behavior issues, especially aggression, deserve in person professional evaluation. If your dog has bitten or you are concerned about safety, contact a professional before attempting techniques on your own.
Services, scheduling, and payment
Training programs, rates, and packages are described on the rates page. Scheduling, payment, and any program specific agreements are handled directly between you and The Dog Savant. Package details and pricing may change; the current version on the rates page applies to new bookings.
Results
Most owners see meaningful change in the first session, and programs include lifetime support. That said, dogs are living animals and outcomes depend on consistency, follow through, and the household. No trainer can ethically guarantee a specific result, and we do not.

The content on this site, including text, photos, and video, belongs to The Dog Savant and may not be republished without permission. You are welcome to share links to any page.
