Program 01
Puppy Training
Build it right the first time
Puppies grow fast, so start training today. From eight weeks through the first year, we establish foundational skills including basic commands (heel, sit, down, come), practical manners (off, drop it, leave it, place), housebreaking, socialization, bite inhibition, and prevention of the problem behaviors that show up later if the foundation is shaky. This is the most important year of your dog's life.
- • Basic commands and practical manners
- • Crate and housebreaking
- • Socialization protocol
- • Problem behavior prevention
Program 02
Aggression & Reactivity
My specialty, and it is solvable
Lunging, snapping, biting, leash reactivity, resource guarding, fear-based aggression. These behaviors look terrifying but they almost always have a structural cause and a structural fix. I take on the cases other trainers have walked away from. The goal is not to suppress the dog. It is to give the dog clear leadership and clear communication so the behavior actually changes.
- • Dog-to-dog reactivity
- • Stranger aggression
- • Resource guarding
- • Fear-based aggression
Program 03
Separation Anxiety
Calm dogs are made, not born
Pacing, whining, destroying doors, scratching windows when you leave. The root cause is not boredom and it is not that your dog dislikes being alone. It is hyper-vigilance, dogs keeping too close an eye on their owners. We address the actual cause through leadership, place training (teaching your dog to relax on a designated mat or bed for gradually increasing durations), movement control (using crates and gates to limit the space and reduce constant owner-checking), and structured low-key departures and arrivals. Growth happens outside comfort zones. Consistency is everything.
- • Place training and relaxation protocols
- • Crate desensitization
- • Structured departures and arrivals
- • Confidence building
Program 04
Leash Training
Walk your dog, not the other way around
If walks are a war you are losing, that ends in the first session. I will teach you the mechanics, the timing, and the energy required to make leash walks something you both look forward to. We work on the streets you actually walk, in the conditions you actually live in.
- • Loose leash mechanics
- • Heel position
- • Reactive leash recovery
- • Multi-dog walks
Program 05
Group Classes
Group therapy for dogs
Group dog training class is a great environment to get together with like-minded dog owners to socialize, work on your training skills, and learn new ones. I call these sessions group therapy for dogs. The goal is your dog can listen to your commands in any real-world situation, not just at home. Every paid client gets unlimited lifetime drop-in access at our Sherman Oaks park meet-up.
- • Lifetime drop-in access with any package
- • Welcoming, judgment-free environment
